A week ago I posted a message wondering if we posters and ``little`` shareholders might have enough shares combined to bring forth positive action from management.

Over the course of the past weeks by reading various posts that we (say half of all shareholders) have enough shares to really make a statement to the board.

You may ask how I came upon this conclusion and I must admit most of it is based upon speculation and extrapolation of info and the old standby, divide by two and subtract 50% of what is left and you have a real #.

I believe that we ``small`` shareholder probably control over 150 million shares. Enough to make a statement.

Now the question to the brains of this board - how do we get all of us ``small`` shareholders together? Is there anyway to obtain a shareholder mailing list?

Just a side note: I live in San Diego where the city is something like 1.9 Billion dollars in debt due to a ridiculous pension system. The city attorney, the feds (fbi &sec) have all been trying to get information from the pension board (heavily represented by unions) regarding the true state of the deficit. To this date all parties have been unable to get info out of the pension board because they state they have the ``right & duty`` to keep this info private??? Sound a bit like what we are getting out of ptsc?
