Looks like I may have made another mistake. Perhaps the correct amt PDS owes TPL is 2.3 mil instead of the 3.1 mil I suggested. I think the 3.1 is all PDS payables and 2.3 is related party payable.

I think I'm reading it correctly but please correct me if not.
