One problem most are forgeting. Who owns the other half of the MMP portfolio. CM contents that he did not knowingly transfer ownership to TPL and since TPL was his legal counsel at the time he was misrepresented by him. Perhaps funds cannot be distributed,or are being controled, until that issue is decided.
