The way I see it, there were 3 possible sources of those funds - PTSC, TPL, or licensing revenues. You can make up your own mind and decide whether PTSC or TPL may have put money in PDS. Supposedly TPL has no money and there is no reason PTSC would have put that much money in unless PDS had to all of a sudden pay some huge bills and PTSC had to help cover them. I guess that that is a possibility, altho PTSC would be under no obligation to cover TPL's portion of those bills.

As for licensing revenue, there was no receivable as of November 30, and no new licenses announced. Was there a possible contingency going back about 3 years that might have paid something. Fits the scenario, but it's pure speculation and I wouldn't want to endorse something that might not be true.

I still find it very intriguing. I would imagine we'll find out soon enough.
