Fut, I applaud you for noticing this on page 16 of the quarterly report. Phoenix Digital had cash and cash equivalents of 325,442 as of Nov 30, 2010.

What happened between Nov. 30 and Jan 13, 2011 to cause cash and cash equivalents to now be $7,007,897??? Hmmmm....judge Ward, do you have anything to do with this? Perhaps that mysterious license agreement that prompted the lawsuit in Santa Clara County in April 2010 has something to do with it. Or Perhaps it's as you say, TPL or PTSC contributed money. It's anyone's guess.

Someone should ask the BoD on Wed, don't you think?
