PTSC does not report revenues as a company themselves. The revenue they refer to is revenue from PDSG. When you consolidate companies, such as is the case here, you report the totals for separate items such as Revenues and Expense by combining the separate items of each company. In other words, if PTSC had revenues of i million and PDSG had revenues of 5 million, the reported revenues would be 6 million. Same for expenses.

Since PTSC doesn't sell anything per se they have no revenues. Because of the way things are structured with PDS, the net activity of PDS is reported on one line called "Equity in earnings (loss) of affiliated companies, net". Therefore, the revenues from licenses never show on PTSC's top line Revenue, but show net of PDS expenses on the "Equity in earnings" line.

For someone that wanted to be on the BOD I find it curious that you would not be aware of the above as it has been pointed out numerous times over the years. Add to that the fact that what I pointed out previously to you was VERY apparent to ANY reader (you don't need to be an accountant) and I can't help feeling that you are baiting me for some reason. So that being said, have a nice weekend.
