In answer to your question about repetition I would say this

Reiteration for the purpose of making an impression, does not offend me. There may be sound reasons for doing so. For example, there could be new investors who might appreciate reading something, that for other may be repetitious.

I have control over what I read on agoracom and only I can determine what is relevant and/or annoyingly repititious for me.
