If you are not going to vote your shares at or through the virtual meeting, I believe today is the last day your vote is assured to be tallied. I was informed that my vote should be in 24 hours before the meeting date in order for it to be assured of being counted. Check with your broker to be sure. With Monday being a holiday and Tues. being less than 24 hours before the meeting ( if the vote is counted at the end of the day?) Then I believe this is the last day to get in under the wire.
