Moore claims it isn't about ownership. I disagree based on the following.

Leckrone has filed to move my Calilfornia Superior Court complaint to US District Court. He pretends it concerns patents when it claims breach of contract and fraud¹. This will delay resolution of the issues.

¹ Breach of Contract and Fraud in the complaint clearly spell out that TPL wrongfully converted ALL rights, title and interest to the MMP and Moore wants the ComAg voided and rescinded

It is about ownership (among other things) according to Moore and any shareholder who has not read the complaint may not understand this. To even suggest that Moore claims it isn't about ownership is misleading. If you or anyone else is relying solely on the comment posted on Moore's blog (referenced above in italics) as evidence that Moore says it is not about ownership then you do yourself an injustice by not reading the entire complaint.

FYI.... Moore did post the complaint for all to read before he posted his comment about move to US Distrct Court. So shame on any shareholder who hasn’t read the complaint and who relies solely bits and pieces of information as truth.
