Holland & Knight- to replace TPL?

I was reading through the PTSC vs TPL documents on line (Superior Court, Santa Clara County) and there was a text entry as follows:

redacted version of John P Moran supporting plt's ex parte appl for order to show cause for TRO

Then I googled John P Moran and found that he workd for Holland & Knight. His credentials are outstanding but I noticed that this particular law firm's Intellectual Property Team assists clients with licensing strategies and agreements.

Perhaps they will replace TPL if we manage to win in court.
