I read something recently that amused me and had me looking at the BoD and perhaps shareholders in a different light.

Ostrich- famous for hiding its head in the sand at the first sign of danger. Although toothless, it can render a powerful kick when necessary.

Rooster -it's only mission is to protect and serve. It is up at dawn and crowing to alert the world of its presence.

I would prefer a BoD made up entirely of roosters, who are up early every day, alerting the investor world about PTSC, and whose only pupose is to protect and serve shareholders.
