It is apparent that virtual only meetings are experiencing "technical difficulties" Perhaps shareholders should get together on the day of the ASHM, in a room near the corporate office where we can set up a couple of different laptops just in case one "fails to make a connection."

I think we should also invite members of the press to attend this meeting and to report the good, the bad and the ugliness of it all.

Will somone pick up the ball and run with this one and for goodness sakes, PLEASE vote for majority voting. If we ever get to the point where we may actually elect our own BoD, we can change this ridiculous virtual only meeting "stuff" along with equally as important bylaw changes.
