Subsequent to my recent post about an article that was written 3/6/09 regarding TPL’s novel hearing aid, I came across a post by Greg Bailey written in Sept. 09. After reading this post by Greg Bailey it is my belief now that TPL is not in the hearing aid business and this has nothing to do with the commingled license agreement referenced in both PTSC’s complaint and Moore’s complaint against TPL.

Is there a possibility that more information about the commingled license agreement may be found in the redacted complaint filed by PTSC in San Jose? I would encourage anyone who is near the court in San Jose to take a few minutes to review the file next week and report back to shareholders via Agoracom.
