We should be so lucky the device uses the MMP tech. My guess is that it uses something new. But if it does use theMMP that would be wonderful news indeed. The irony could be that TPL could become an infringer against us? Maybe this is something the BOD and DL are working on together while also fighting each other? This story just seems to get more mysterious and twisted with every turn of events.

There must be a patent on the device? If there is a patent or an application for patent(s) the owners and the patent info might divulge if theMMP is part of the mix.
