Agreed. But, it is very sad to have to come to that conclusion. There was a time when we were all supportive of the BOD. They have been very manipulative to keep their jobs. The shame is that performance can not be an element for job retention as it should be. Why the cards are allowed to be stacked that way is the greater shame. I don't want to hear that it is our fault for allowing this to happen. It is the system that allows crooks to thrive that is to blame. Honor seems to be no longer a consideration. How naive of me.
