License lumping

TPL lumping license agreements with the MMP as mentioned in Wolf's post scanned document?

If memory serves me correctly, wasn't the board asked at the last ASHM if they had access to TPL's books and didn't Gloria reply "yes." We have an audit committee with a forensic accountant and a corporate attorney who are paid well for being on that committee; and we have a CPA firm that is paid well. Is it possible that this was not the first incident of lumping license agreements with the MMP and if so why didn't all of these so called qualified people suspect something and act on it sooner?
