And more important: Do you know how you could change it and with whom you would substitute them - provided these new BoD members could do a much better job for less money?

They've driven PTSC in to a penny husk mired in litigation with no revenue to speak of on the horizon. There is no replacing them with anyone of any merit. Who would want to take this on besides more shameless professional BODers who are willing to collect $8-$25K for doing nothing while shareholder value approaches zero and a company dies?

They deserve the criticism they get and "who would you replace them with" is not a viable defense of their behavior or incompetence. It is a weak strawman.
