OK, just explain to me why the licenseor isn't just Charles H. Moore. Could it be that Moore alone does not have to clout to get anyone to pay attention?

Ok he can get their attention by giving the MMP away on the cheap. But it would have to be REALLY cheap.

In that case, how much can he make and how long would it take him? How much can he make if he sold his half interest for immediate payment?
