Optik... without an agreement between the two owners [PTSC & Moore] (which could be one possible senario resulting from the Moore/TPL litigation).. EITHER owner would have the legal right to sell licenses (independent of the other owner)... PTSC could sell licenses and Moore could sell licenses. If the agreements/contracts remain in place after the litigation (or if there is a settlement if that bridge hasn't been nuked..) it isn't an issue... but no one can say what the results of the litigation will be.
