The paradigm you're suggesting that it's not our concern, seems shortsighted IMO, though I hope you're correct.

not our concern....

If Moore successfully removes Leckrone from any ownership in the MMP patents... and owns his half free and clear... what is to stop him from setting up a little shop and selling MMP licenses to all the hundreds (thousands?) of infringers at rock bottom prices... and keeping ALL the monies for himself... Think he could finish his house and live happily ever after??
