Wolf, this Pacer quoting Papa Leckrone is one of the most telling yet.....

I think that there are many of us here who have heard his spiel so many times at "live" shareholder meetings in the past we could have written his statement for him. Those of us who have spoken to him in person or watched his antics can just imagine how he looked as he set pen to paper or maybe he has said these things so often that he just has a tape running and his secretary just took it as normal dictation.
As far as I am concerned his methodology is old, suspicious and I believe down right insulting to our intelligence. Does he really believe that we think that at this late date that he is not suing companies so that other violators of the patents will learn what "we" know of their infringements? They already know they have infringed. Talking vs. litigation very interesting and it has gotten us where?
I believe that he is using our patents to entice others to buy his chips. I am not a conspiracy theorist or am I? Well, lets start with his glaring comment in the Pacer ......"Currently, Alliacense is in discussion with companies in various industries regarding participation in the MMP Portfolio licensing program, in which prospective licensees compete within their industry for “tiered” pricing, which rewards early movers with lower royalty rates."
How long are we going to have to hear the phrase early movers? It would seem to me that for the past few years "early movers" means those who buy TPL's chip. Now there are those of you who wonder why would Papa want to move his chip and use our chip(s) as the carrot?
Really not hard to understand...... he has to share big time the monies from the MMP with us and CM whereas he can use our legal financial resources to help him keep what he gets from the MMP and then keep 100% of his chip. Not brain surgery to figure out how devious this man thinks.
Why would he not want anybody to know (i.e. the reason for the his comments as printed in the Pacer provided by Wolf) what is going on in negotiations and not want to litigate? Well, it is my opinion that if he litigates like we are trying to do now against him we just might discover the games he is playing.
Based upon the recent news that
".....The secretive firm co-founded by former Microsoft Corp. Chief Technology Officer Nathan Myhrvold. Technology companies on Wednesday received troubling news that some had feared for years: Intellectual Ventures LLC has started suing......"
Now if this rather bright and very wealthy man feels he can sue at least nine firms at a time without giving them each an advantage by knowing what he knows then could we not assume that maybe Papa Leckrone and son over at TPL has played his hand a bit to long and his stay at the table should come to an end?
Folks to those of you who have been around at least a few years and have followed this story somewhat closely might I suggest that this is the time to stop complaining and start doing. Tell your friends who might own shares in PTSC but have given up on following the company so as to heal their ulcer or lower their BP (me) to get back in the "game" and rally around those who are trying to do something productive. Tell them to write a post on Agora and just say count me in and when enough do that lets watch the feathers fly.
Wolf, this may have been the best Pacer you have posted as it shows that the old codger over at TPL has not only not changed his stripes but I wonder if he has changed his socks as the stink is beginning to come through over the web and that is rather hard to do.
I hope that this ramble has not upset someone to the point of deleting this post but read it through a second time and realize that the investment of your hard earned money in PTSC has been manipulated for the gain of others while you get to be part of a virtual "dare I say it" a virtual scam?
I promise I will not post another nasty post again during this Christmas season.
God Bless
