8% annual would have been like $1200 on the first payment. The total over the 9 months would have been around $7200. It's a non-issue. Don't lose the forest for the trees. How much did Crossflo pay for Verras in the first place?

But they did call it a "non-interest bearing promissory note" so I'm willing to believe that it didn't bear any interest.
