Today I obtained a copy of the company's bylaws. Taken from that document:

3.01 Annual meeting. The annual meeting of the shareholders shall be held between the 90th and 180th day after the company's tax year end, at such date and time and at such place, within or without the State of Delaware, as is designated from time to time by the Board of Directors and stated in the notice of the meeting.

Is our tax year end the same as our fiscal year end and if so would that be May 31? If yes, then is a January meeting in compliance? As usual, corrections and/or explanations are welcome.
