Why is it so important? The 336 patent has been valid the whole time while in reexamination and the infringers have already been put on notice. Furthermore, unless the MA no longer applies, I believe it is TPL who either issues the pr or provides the OK for PTSC to issue one. Also, there is a very good possibility that PTSC may need court approval to say anything about the MMP in public.
