Part of the whole equation including stock promoters, momentum created by good company news and/or operating results, overall penny stock investing, "what's hot now" thinking, boiler rooms, etc.

My postings here the last couple of years have been very rare compared to previous to that. For you to say "I've been complaining for years" is a bit disingenuous IMO.

I used to come here for info and meaningful discussion. That's no longer found here. I never came here to try to influence whether someone should buy or sell this stock. Clearly, to me at least, the BOD bashing is used to influence sentiment in regards this stock. The timing, consistency and volume all indicate this to me. As much as I would get rid of a dog if I did not like the dog because of his behavior, I would sell this stock if I felt the need to constantly point out to everyone reading this message board how badly the company and stock are doing. Especially when the writing is on the wall that these very things that people complain about are not going to change in the near or even semi-distant future. So what other conclusion can I come to regarding why people like to bash the BOD and stock? Add to that the fact that most of the BOD bashers are the very people that used to defend and promote the stock, and I can only come to the further conclusion these people are trying to sway sentiment one way or the other at various times based on what they want at the time. If you want to draw different conclusions based on what has been written here over the last 3 or 4 years, so be it. I realize not everyone will always think like me or have the same opinion as me. But have your say and be done with it. If you have to reiterate your opinion over and over, or on a monthly basis like Brian when he wants to remind us of BOD compensation, I can come to no other conclusion than you are posting these thoughts for reasons other than "venting" or trying to cause change or any other kind of BS. Vent with your bartender or your mistress. See how long they want to listen to your BS. Pretty soon you'll be drinkless standing with your you-know-what in your hand.

So that's why I don't come here and post just positive things. Right now there's not too many positives to post, and I'm not here to promote or downgrade the stock. I'm here for information.
