I am not an attorney nor am I a CPA, just passing along information that I hadn't been aware of before, for those that may actually be qualified to draw some conclusions.

Do you recall if our auditors Mayer/Hoffman resigned in or around the time of either letter? Also, didn't we file a lawsuit against them in San Diego for negligence? What exactly does our audit committee do and more importantly what should they have been doing?
