There has always been an elitist attitude on the part of our board. Several years ago at a shareholder meeting it became apparent at lunch time the shareholders ate sandwiches in one room and the important board members dined in a private room. Not sure what they ate but it was server in large silver chaffing dishes. I don't think they were sandwiches. Pun intended. I was associated with a company on the NYSE that the founder insisted all board members mingle and eat with the shareholders. I always left the meetings with a feeling that I was a part of the company. Not so with our cloaked and dagger board. Too bad because those patent's could have been a gold mine in the right hands . I believe they still can, but the clock is ticking. JMHO.
