Wasn't last year’s ASHM held in Chicago in the dead of winter to "make it more convenient" for share holders to attend? Our board sure does a great job shirking their responsibilities and passing it off under the guise of making it more convenient for shareholders. Their actions most certainly are not consistent with the altruistic language they espouse in their communiqués.
