"at least a co-owner"............. I have to wonder a percentage of who's share? CM's ? Or is it an undivided percentage? As in, we each own the car but which one of us going to get to drive it?

If we would all agree to be going in the same direction to the same location ( huge licensing revenue) I won't worry too much about who is driving. That is unless they are drunk (with power). GLTAL

Also, not sure I understand this part, " Judgment at ¶ 5 (emphasis added)." Anyone?

As of yesterday's close the chart is looking good, IMO.

Did CM give his depositon yesterday? Would there be a Pacer on a deposition?
