Let`s hope B&O is more arrogant than effective in this area too...

Hey Ron, if you`re reading - do Lawyers pay E&O or malpractice fee to their insurance companies? With all the trumpeted wins that B&O supposedly has, they should be able to write down their 1/2 mil loss with PTSC and not blink an eye (well, maybe wipe a tear).

The chess moves related to scenario #2 could prove an interesting tale to watch....
