Also, if Moore were going to testify that Acer, Barco, HTC do not infringe why would he later pursue TPL in ownership issues. He would be giving up monetary gains for ownership of useless patents? He is not that stupid? He claims the issues Nov. 3 are infringement, but are they really ownership? And again why would Acer care about that? Unless it is just stall tactics and trying to eliminate a strong opponent in TPL. Lets face it, the remainer have shown very little intelligence in all issues relating to business.
