I don't know when Laurie called, but I just called by mistake with redial. So I asked the same question again. I was told by the receptionist that she didn't have any information about the dividend news report. She said that "he" was on conference call and that I could call back latter. I said still on a conference? She said yes. I asked what the conference call was about and she said she didn't know about that either. I thought as long as I'm asking I might as well try to find out more. How convenient that this cc is going to take all day long. Yet it makes sense that with all the court dates coming up that a cc is in order.

And aimgator I agree with you, one would think they would deny a PR like this by a major news outlet company and do it right away.
