While I agree in part with what has been articulated, one point is totally incorrect:

While the material under the motion may be patent-related, Acer's request has absolutely nothing to do with patents whatsoever, and is solely about the legal relationships between Moore, TPL, and Henneman regarding the documents - a fairly basic procedural issue.
