Holy Cow! What did they do, hire Carlton Johson and the rest of our BOD to locate Moore?! Then our guys probably got Baroni involved. Then fired Baroni, and hired someone else, and then issued a statement saying they'd have Moore within days only to turn around a month later and say they'd have to rescind that promise. After stewing on it a bit more, they then sent a private e-mail to one of the shareholders at Acer saying they'd get Moore within 120 days. Unfortunately, it seems another 4 months passed without any word until by accident, one of Acer's lawyer's kids was doing a Where's Waldo search and instead came accross Moore up in Tahoe. With the info in hand, Acer realized they'd have to get the Court to make a ruling on the matter because they couldn't get any communication out of our BOD. lol

I would've done it for $500 and would have taken all of about 22 minutes. Classic!
