I once wore the badge of optimism and only stay in because I maintain the hope to see a return OF my investment. Gone are the days when I actually thought that my husband and I invested in a winning company.

Patents on water can only take you so far......and from where we are sitting as of today...that is nowhere fast.

You may sing the praises of the board as loud as those who scream of the unjust rewards, bad decisions and obvious indifference towards shareholders that is evidenced over and over again by our share price. You think it is the lack of license agreements that keeps us at less than $.11. I challenge you to look at the historical data from 2005 forward. Look at the share price on the days of announced licenses, then look at the next business day. Pay really close attention to Jan/Feb of 2006 when the Swartz price resets took place, followed by the announcement of not one but two dividends.

It is my opinion that the "wave of licenses" did not do for this company what many had hoped it would do....sustain an increasing share price. The acquisitions were a complete bust and we the shareholders can do NOTHING to replace those who got us into this mess.....or, can we!
