I flat out apologize. By your last post to me it appears you are a sincere poster. I did not have that feeling previously. It appears I may have misjudged you.

There is nothing that sets me off more than when I constantly read on a message board posters saying ``Where is the news?`` Like a company should fabricate something or put out some fluff, just because some investors know it may give them a short term bump in the stock price. If there`s nothing to report, there`s nothing to report. I felt you took this a step further by stating you would talk to a securities lawyer, etc, etc. IMO PTSC has no fiduciary reponsibilty to tell us anything UNLESS SOMETHING`S ACTUALLY HAPPENED THAT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. The pr announcing David Pohl`s new positions is dated June 15. IMO not a long time ago. Things don`t happen that quickly, especially when lawyers are involved (sorry Ron). It will take time, so give it time.
