1) Maybe someone has already lost 80% and feels there is not much of a difference to lose the last 20% (feels pot committed like in poker) These analogies or "reasons" for staying with an investment in whose BOD the "investor" has no faith do not hold water for the simple reason that-unlike Texas Hold-em- one can remove whatever is left of a bet at any time and do whatever they would like with it - for instance - invest it in a company that they DO have faith in. 2) That same person who lost 80% feels the stock can only go up now based on the validity of the 336 and all the potential infringers. Easy answer to my own question-There is no good reason to hold on to an investment if one has lost all faith in the BOD. There must be something else holding the bashers camp here and that something is POTENTIAL... Oh but most of the bashers never mention that part. Nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head to stay in this stock nor was a gun held to anyone's head when they bought into the stock.
