what ptsc offered chuck moore. according to management we were in court to see if we were entitled to 75 percent. we knew we had 50 percent. so i imagine the settlement would have between 50-75 for patriot . so that would have left a minimum 65 million yes minimum that his half would have paid not bad. he obviously had another vision we were there waiting for the decision of the judge. i agree everybody here is a good guy. i'll be the exception see what we all got. apparently everybody wanted a better deal than they thought the judge would give. now we are back where we started. granted tpl was a thorn, but we were all there to figure it out and not wait years to find out and start over
