I find no flaws in DUEDS treatise on the subject. All MOORE needs to do is show he had ONE claim, ANY claim in the 336 that he contributed...........and it doesn`t have to be the clock............and he is a legit co-owner.

The odds are against PTSC.......and me (long since 98)
