Now I know that I am particularly vocal about the ineptness of our BoD, but I would not even go so far as to say they are more to blame than DL. If DL did as alleged, there is not much worse that he could do, and he alone would be squarely to blame for duping PTSC/us out of millions and millions of dollars. To term it, "taking advantage of the situation" is effectively giving him one giant pass.

Yes, it was a bad agreement all the way around, and any good business person would have easily recognized its severe deficiencies and either not agreed to it, or put in place airtight audit checks and balances. But to suggest that someone who may have intentionally committed fraud is less to blame than the numbskulls who are party to the agreement is simply ridiculous. I don't care how much money the MMP has made us thus far, we are potentially out many, many more millions of dollars and should be running away from the alleged fraudster as fast as we can, or effectively muzzling him at a minimum.
