Did Gloria and the BoD really need 120 days (and still counting) to evaluate this company and make a decision? I suppose Eric Swartz is waiting in the wings for yet another failed M&A which may present a new opportunity for him.
PDSG

Revenue consisting of software licenses and associated services relating to PDSG’s CDX product decreased from approximately $97,000 for the three months ended August 31, 2009 to approximately $94,000 for the three months ended August 31, 2010. Cost of sales includes the direct time of PDSG employees on each project. Included in cost of sales is approximately $68,900 and $206,700, respectively, of amortization expense on purchased intangible assets for the three months ended August 31, 2010 and 2009.

Revenue amounts do not include activity which resulted in losses of approximately $1,160,000 and $243,000, respectively, for the three months ended August 31, 2010 and 2009 from our investment in PDS and losses of approximately $22,000 for the three months ended August 31, 2009 from our investment in Talis.
