IMO TPL probably has their bases covered regarding their half/portion ownership of the MMP. Moore is sore on TPL because he is owed some money...

PTSC realized that TPL was manipulating the allocation of the MMP revenues through combined licenses---- current struture for decision making leaves PTSC powerless and TPL with too much leverage.

Solution.

1. TPL agrees to pay Moore a flat X amount of monies owed for the period of time when Moore stopped receiving money/funds from TPL. Since TPL does not have the cash--- 25% of TPL share of the MMP licenses goes to Moore until the balance is paid.

2. PTSC and TPL agree to a new managing/licensing structure to determine the final "sell" price for the MMP license. PTSC would have power to veto any deal.... all negotiations with final customers are transparent. A budget for strutured costs associated with licensing the MMP is created per each customer... ( which does not include private jet rides.. hahaha).

TPL is going to come away from this resolution losing some leverage in the licensing--- with better controls in the place--- resolution with Moore--- and stability to build back what was lost.

This is the golden goose laying golden eggs.... every single one of these parties benefits to get resolution in place asap. The roadmap is layed out.... everyone needs to get in their seats and gets this journey started.
