I agree completely.
Our overall objective had better be to rid ourselves of any alliance with TPL, if at all possible, and we had better be burying those guys and the judge with everything we can muster to secure our interest in the MMP and all future licensing revenues.
If our BoD has failed us even more miserably and this is not possible, then the only other option had better include an overwhelming PDS management majority in our favor, the exclusion of DL from any MMP involvement whatsoever (with substantial recourse to us for any future violations/improprieties), annual audits of TPL and Alliacense made available to PDS and PTSC, complete transparency of all license negotiations and access to same by PDS and PTSC including TPL portfolios, expense limits and approval, per infringer/negotiation/license.
We either divorce ourselves from the shysters, or we get in the drivers seat and take over completely.
