It's a very frustrating situation us shareholders find ourselves in. There seems to be no one that really cares at PTSC about building Shareholder value. None of them really own a significant amount of shares. This tells me that they didn't really believe in the company. I have to question what any of the BoD or management at PTSC really do all day? They get paid handsomly for what? Everything they touch turns to crap.

I personally am not counting on PTSC coming out on top of any litigation with anyone.
