When we first learned of the newest reexam, wasn't there a request for two reexams?

I found on the image file wrapper a document that previously wasn't available for viewing. It is Receipt of Original Ex parte Request by third party. Dated 8/20-2010

I found the following on page 3:

The request for reexamination in control no. 90/009,457 was granted. Although a reexamination certificate has not yet been issued, from this proceeding, prosecution has been closed. Notice of Intent to Issue a Reexamination Certificate was mailed on July 19, 2010.
