you are asking a question that i asked ptsc management then. and we have to all ask ourselves. mr moore in my view had every opportunity to decide whether to question before the judge. am i obligated to stay with tpl or can i make a deal with ptsc. he obviously struck a deal with tpl and all was happy til the checks stopped rolling in. i never got a straight answer from ptsc management. but what i got between the lines in my opinion he knew wat he was doing . the judge never had an opportunity to make a decision because of our leadership. again those that had the most to gain. mr. moore i would welcome you to join us on our fight with tpl. we have again lost years because of this mess and might have even owned up to 75% of the portfolio. i can only give my opinion WHAT AN MESS. WE HAD 50% EVEN THEN. againonly mr moore can answer some of these questions i welcome his feedback. why tpl and not us your name was on the patent with mr fish not tpl did tpl own fish too. we got his 50%
