At this moment it is my opinion to forget about the current board. They know how we feel and they could care less about what we think, for by their actions we know them!

There will be a shareholders meeting and I guess I was not clear on what I think an Independent Board of Directors occasionally reporting to the shareholders in my idea was. For that I am sorry and will drop the thread.

I will say that Bill's idea to flood the courthouse is not a bad idea if you live close by but when the next shareholder's meeting (and I bet it will be in So Cal) is set I suggest you all plan on attending if you at all can.
