It has been usual and customary for TPL to ask that the files be sealed. Does anyone know the earliest time they can request the files be sealed for the Moore complaint? If it is on 11/2 per the court calendar (Mtn: preliminary injunction) then we have time to review those documents.

I believe it might be in the best interest of shareholders to review all of the documents available to us at this time.
