If it is found that TPL

1. Fraudulently padded their expenses and unjustly rewarded themselves with money that should have gone to Moore and PTSC

2. Commingled patent porfolio money and used PDS for this purpose

3. Neglected their duty to market the MMP

4. Fraudulently obtained all of Moore's rights to the patents

Then we may find:

1) An insolvent TPL

2)Moore and PTSC now owning 1/2 each of the patents

3) A new marketing entity to replace TPL that will agressivly prosecute infringers on behalf of Moore and PTSC

4) Wild Card- M &A with Green Arrays and finally a PTSC that is back to being a manufacturing company with real products to sell.

Wild Wild Card:

A new slate of directors to include Greg Bailey and Greg Baroni. One who understands the products and the other who has the right connections.
