Your post while being a dream scenario is what needs to happen.....

As long time shareholders we are still sitting on valuable patents and we need to stop the bleeding right now.......Anyone having even a small amount of shares is throwing their money down the drain by being a bystander.....

Our BOD claims to have our best interest at heart but they are not in our shoes and haven't a clue on how to make this company a winner..

As a lowly Mets fan , ownership just fired management .....In this case while the owners can not fire themselves they have the XXXXX to admit that they are responsible / unlike our BOD.....

Hopefully Moore can put TPL out of business and we can have an honorable partnership with him......

It would be great to win this case and to get positive press / Moore might be that vehicle...
